Cancelation Policy: Your appointments are very important to Julia, and are reserved especially for you.  She understands that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Please keep in mind that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, she misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time. If you need to reschedule or cancel 24 hour notification is required for a full refund.
